Marsh Bird Research Project

Hi all,
We are looking for volunteers to help us catch marsh birds for a research project.
We usually meet at the CREC around 5:15-5:30am and are out in the field until around 11am or so. We are trying to catch two different species. For one, the Clapper Rail, we mostly stay near the boat and don't do too much walking around in the marsh. For the other, Seaside Sparrows, we do a lot more walking in the marsh and try to "drive" birds into the mist nets.
I am looking for 1-2 people to help on the days which I am planning on catching Clapper Rails, and 3-4 or so people for days which I am planning on catching Seaside Sparrows. The schedule is subject to change based on weather, birds being caught, equipment issues, etc.
I will be sending this email out to some other folks as well, but if any of you are interested, or know someone who might be, feel free to send me an email or stop by my desk with questions or anything of that nature. Also, feel free to forward the email to others.
*Disclaimer: There is a high probability of getting muddy, dirty, possibly wet, etc. so attire that you don't mind getting dirty is a must. Also, rubber boots or dive booties are desirable for walking around in the marsh.
