Firebreak Maintenance at Fish River Preserve

We're gearing up for prescribed burn season at South Alabama Land Trust, and we need your help! Maintaining our firebreaks is the most important part of preparing for a burn. You'll get hands-on experience with tools, learn about fire ecology, and help us keep these ecosystems healthy and happy!

No experience? No problem! We'll provide training, snacks, and plenty of good company. If you have a leaf blower, it would be awesome if you could bring it along to help out. 

Come ready to get a little dirty, enjoy the fresh air, and make a big difference!
